About Me

My photo
Opossim Ridge
Home is four acres in the hills of NE Tennessee. We moved here about six years ago from the over-populated Tampa Bay area of Florida. It was quite an adjustment moving from big city to the country. Honestly, I almost moved back several times during that first year! Now, I would not live any other place.. I thank God for opportunities, blessings and lessons being in this place gives me every day. We are learning to live a more sustainable life, a more self-reliant life that is simple and gratifying. There is much to do, much to learn and I'm forever grateful to those who keep blogs and the authors who write the books that help me learn and fix my mistakes or avoid them altogether. It's a process, an experience and the learning curve is getting smaller. Thanks very much for visiting.
